Of course the location is perfect Room is spacious Room is clean Furniture not old Beds are comfy Stuff all have a big smile on there faces especially the stuff of the restaurant they did there best to provide us with what we want (All of them were very helpful)

I loved the comfortable room, i had booked room with 2 queen beds but they upgraded and gave me a room with 2 queen and 2 single beds. The breakfast is amazing, staff is very well trained and they do their best to accomodate everything you ask for. The location is excellent, just 3 minutes to Haram king Fahad gate.

Breakfast variety was absolutely amazing and the service, especially Mohammed Helaal was so helpful and welcoming. The location was perfect and the view was breathtaking.

The location is close to Haram, the helpful cleaning guys and concierge guys. The breakfast was good. Wheelchair was free for my mom.

Excellent breakfast plenty of choices. Room was very spacious. Had a few issues with bed and pillows but overall room was satisfactory.

Amazing Hotel, great facilities, really nice breakfast. Staff are very professional and friendly, and alhamdulillah the location is very close to the Haram, as well as very accessible to the Mall

Dear Team, I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service during our recent stay. The restaurant was excellent with plenty of choices at breakfast, the room was of a decent size, and being so close to Haram was incredibly convenient. The added bonus of having plenty of shops nearby made the experience even better. I would also like to thank Mr. Muhammad Ali, the manager, for his professionalism and prompt action in resolving an issue we encountered related to breakfast while booking the room. He handled the situation efficiently and ensured our comfort, which I truly appreciated. Thank you again to everyone for making my stay so enjoyable, and I look forward to returning.

Amazing staff, the best! Only you cross one street ( low to no traffic almost) and find yourself in Haram. Very accessible. Well served area. The hotel is connected to many shopping centers and supermarket Bin Dawood. I got the premium suit with lounge access. 2-4 there was coffee and refreshments with no added charge and between 7-9 they mentioned “ snacks “ but actually I was happily surprised to see them serving seafood, meat curry , rice , saleeq and a selection of Arabic appetizer and sweets, as well as amazing soups. Also the staff were super friendly and one of them even offered to fill the plate for me. The breakfast buffet was acceptable as well and I was surprised to see it crowded even at 6 am so you have to keep this in mind unlike other hotels.
